Immediately after receiving TAPU, individual electricity and water meters are reissued in your name, which takes no more than 2-3 hours.

The application for TAPU in the case of credit

If you need a credit, so you need 7-10 working days, since the period from applying for a credit is 4-5 days (sometimes a little longer if you have to dispute the expert cost when it's lower than expected).


Only then you can apply for TAPU registration, which will be encumbered until the loan is finished.
