Sales manager with knowledge of English and Turkish languages

Requirements:

  • The ability to easily communicate with people in personal meetings, by phone, email, etc.;
  • Experience in dealing with wealthy clients; 
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.
  • Knowledge of the areas of Alanya; 
  • Knowledge of the modern Turkish real estate market and its current trends; 
  • The desire to learn and develop in the field of foreign real estate.

Responsibilities: 

  • Processing incoming applications for the purchase and rental of foreign real estate; 
  • Advising and escorting clients on the acquisition of real estate abroad; 
  • Selection of objects for foreign real estate for clients, placement of objects on different information platforms; 
  • Holding meetings with clients, inviting clients to seminars, webinars; 
  • Organization of inspection trips for clients; 
  • Participation in exhibitions and seminars held by the company; 
  • Overseas property market monitoring; 
  • Search for new foreign partners; 
  • Implementation of the sales plan; 
  • Weekly Reporting
