Lots of investments, no refurbishments

THE package gives permission for 24 new hotels that will be built in Antalya. In addition to that, it makes the modernisation of 6 hotels and 4 dormitories possible. The company that was granted 11 million Turkish Liras for their investments, Tek Art Construction, Commerce, and Tourism, is going to build a 5-star hotel with 476 beds in İzmir. Also, MRH Hotel Investments and Management is going to build a new tourism facility in Antalya with the 70 million 700 thousand Turkish Liras that they were granted with this stimulus package.
