New project in Kargicak district with interest-free installments for 12 months

Construction of a new complex in Kargicak is in full swing. Only 200 meters from the sea, 100 meters from the weekly Friday farmers' market and most importantly - the complex is located almost on the border with Mahmutlar. The advantage of this is that the infrastructure of the Kargicak district is not yet so developed, but this is not a problem for this complex: there are several chain stores, a Migros 5M store, cafes and restaurants 350 meters away. Also, the advantage of the location of the complex is that the site of the municipal market will not be built up and the view from the complex to the sea will not be closed.

The complex will feature 1 + 1 apartments and 2 + 1 and 3 + 1 penthouses .

The developer offers interest-free installments until the end of construction (12 months at the beginning of July) with an initial payment of 35%.
